Located on the vibrant Soho Hill this mixed use scheme is a major boost for the local community who have seen little investment or regeneration in the area. We are collaborating with Child Graddon Lewis Architects to provide a successful and affordable urban design and architectural solution to this complex site. The proposal uses a variety of architectural forms interalted in the urban design hierarchy to create astrong sense of place for the residents. The design exploits the changing scale across the site and surrounding context by creating an apartment block above ground floor retail, backed by mews housing fronting onto a row of terraces.
