Loop Architecture is an RIBA chartered practice, formed following the founders Europan 8 pan-European open competition win for 150 new high quality homes in Oldham, hosted by CABE.

We adopt an integrated design approach, based firmly on sustainable principles, collaborating and exchanging ideas with leading construction professionals. At the centre of our work is the belief that sustainability is no longer a buzz-word or optional extra.

With many years collective experience gained working at leading practices in housing, commercial, educational, civic and arts projects, we are guided by our belief that by making better places for people to live and work in, we make better communities.

Our Europan scheme for Oldham, entitled Parkland Community, was also a Finalist in the Sustainable Living By Design Award, hosted by the RIBA, and has since been exhibited in the touring exhibition in the UK. Our work has been published in the UK national and international architectural press. Loop were invited to participate in the bi-annual Europan Housing Forum in Dordrecht, Holland and again to the Forum held in Santiago de Compostela in Spain. We were also runners up in the Europan 9 session, for a carbon neutral scheme for 160 homes in Milton Keynes.

Loop were selected to exhibit at the G4C/RIBA Young Practitioners Panel Exhibition in Gleeds Headquarters building in London showcasing 25 up and coming practices from across the country.

Loop Architecture is a new prize-winning Architecture Studio offering creative and cost effective designs for all types of building projects. We offer a highly proffessional service with an open and responsive approach to clients and other stakeholders.

We also believe that innovation starts with how we organise the design process and we see successful design as a truly collaborative process and use client and stakeholder workshops at the start of projects to investigate the brief with sketches, drawings, physic...
