This new headquarters for a media television company in Cologne is located in a suburban area close to the highway. The concept reacts to the city as well as to the landscape next to the building. Towards the main road the unique shape of the building creates an urban landmark, representing the company to the outside world.

Towards the north, the stretched fingers of the building with roof gardens communicate with the park behind. The space in between is a wonderful green experience and connects with the atrium lobby.

The dynamic glass screen and sloping facade provide the office spaces with maximum daylight. A double skin cladding system reduces the traffic noise and creates natural air circulation for the office floors. The transparency expresses the life within the building to the outside world. The large atrium is a fresh air reservoir and can be utilised as a background for TV productions. Different types of offices guarantee a highly functional building for the tenants, coupled with a working atmosphere, which will be inspiring, friendly and communicative.
