The new Hummus Bros Holborn uses raw and exposed materials to complement the rustic, simple food, whilst introducing sophisticated industrial lighting and vibrant architectural interventions to enhance the existing brand.

The style achieved at Holborn builds upon and advances the Hummus Bros reputation as a healthy, cool and contemporary alternative to fast food in London. Hummus Bros were recently placed 12th in Time Out's top 50 restaurants in London.

Phos Architects are currently working with Hummus Bros on a future outlet in the City.
