The proposal comprises four / five story new-build residential scheme, consisting of 8No. two bedroom flats and a residents’ gymnasium / communal amenity area. The proposal includes landscaping, refuge storage and car parking. Our design proposal seeks to harmonise with the existing environmental quality of Ducks Hill Road area, whilst identifying appropriate components for sustainable design in the way of pre-fabrication methods and energy saving measures. We aim to achieve Code For Sustainable Homes Level 5 Standard
