The client required internal remodelling of the existing three-storey terraced town house within a conservation area and erection of a new glazed contemporary rear extension. The restructuring of the back of the house transformed dark rooms on the centre of the lower ground floor into a large, well-lit, open space that included lounge, kitchen and dining area. Installation of the rear patio forms an outdoor room, which leads to landscaped upper garden area.
