In response to a rural setting and a brief for a new retirement community, the proposal comprises 13no. (9x1bed + 4x2bed) dwelling units, which integrate seamlessly into their heavily landscaped surroundings. Roof gardens / allotments, rainwater harvesting and solar hot water are just some of the components which contribute to this self-sustaining, ‘off-grid’ solution.
